Battery Discharger and Tester 160A

  • The system can perform capacity tests by discharging 2 to 96V batteries (up to 800Ah) in 5h max.
  • Battery voltage and discharge current are easily programmable through dedicated select switches.
  • All functions can be programmed in the local mode by means of a keyboard with display.
  • A PC can be connected to store data concerning charge and discharge cycles.

Operation:

  1. Programming of battery rated voltage and discharge current.
  2. Possible reprogramming of number of charge and discharge cycles (3), minimum voltage (1.7 V/cell), and discharge time (5h).
  3. Connection to battery, battery charger, and mains.
  4. Test start through a START/STOP button.
  5. On test completion the local display will show:
    • Battery efficiency (%)
    • Minimum voltage reached (V/cell)
    • Discharge time (h:mm)
  6. On test completion following data can be displayed and printed through a PC:
    • Pages containing main data
    • Voltage and current diagrams
